We are looking for a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment activities for Switzerland. No previous HR experience is required. If you are eager to learn, enjoy working with people, and want to build a career in an international environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process from job opening to hiring
• Search for and connect with potential candidates through various channels
• Conduct initial candidate conversations and interviews
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future opportunities
• Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues across the business
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Learn modern recruitment and sourcing techniques from experienced Talent Acquisition professionals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Economics, Psychology, Languages, or a related field)
• German and English language skills at an advanced level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in recruitment, HR, or people-focused roles
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative and service-oriented approach
