We are looking for a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment activities for Switzerland. In this role, you will manage end-to-end hiring processes, partner with stakeholders across the business, and contribute to delivering an exceptional candidate experience in an international environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance
- Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and professional networks
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and motivation
- Ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Provide regular updates and market insights to hiring managers and stakeholders
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where applicable
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment data within the applicant tracking system
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Languages, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related people-focused role
- Advanced German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Experience conducting candidate interviews and managing recruitment processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or sourcing tools is considered an advantage
- Collaborative and customer-oriented approach with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities
