Job Description

 MAIN ROLE AND ACTIVITIES

  1. Sales responsibility for the ADV business in China to achieve company target.
  2. Sales-oriented support and acquisition of new customers
  3. Share of wallet increase with existing accounts
  4. Strategic leadership and coordination of a cross functional team of engineers, service technicians, customer service, product management and finance including aligning team resources and structure in order to effectively execute the global sales strategy.
  5. Demonstrated experienced driving a corporate sales strategy through a globally matrixed team across multiple functions.
  6. Direct management of team including annual reviews, personal development and objective setting in line with corporate objectives.
  7. Develop quarterly and annual strategic growth plans aimed at increasing market share and driving strategically important corporate objectives.
  8. Manage team demonstrate high efficiency quickness and professional in the team. Develop team according company strategy.
  9. Prepare annual , quarterly and monthly sales forecasts for presentation to VAT management
  10. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in strategic customer accounts
  11. Collaborate with the Business Units to close agreements with large customers
  12. Monitoring of the market in relation to competitors as well as technical and commercial trends
  13. Planning and implementation of product presentations and local trade fairs with support from the HQ
  14. Complaint recording, forwarding to customer service and ensuring customer oriented processing

 

KEY EXPERIENCES - What experiences bring success to this position?

  1. 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the vacuum industry, sales team management experience preferred
  2. Distinct customer and market orientation
  3. High technical training in mechanical engineering or physics
  4. Travel activity approx. 50-60%
  5. Good handling of MS Office products and ERP systems
  6. Good English Language skills in speaking and writing are necessary
