Job Description:

In house repairs, incl. Estimate, Quotation, Parts purchasing.
On-site repairs if necessary
Technical support to customer 
Customer’s complaint handling and troubleshooting
Tools maintain and environment clean in Cleanroom.
Failure analysis for warranty cases, and makes reports.
Support to Service Manager’s daily work 
Other jobs assigned by service manager.

Qualification:

Possess relevant working experience (Semiconductor industry or service related)
Mechanical or Electronic background with Bachelor or college degree.
Competency in IT standard software operation, eg Microsoft office
Able work independently with pressure
Good team player with good interpersonal and work attitude
Able to communicate in both English and Chinese
