- Roles, Responsibilities and Job Expectations
1. 职责、责任及工作要求
- Assemble vacuum valves and valve component, with timely delivery of products in required quality and at reasonable Labor cost (within planned cycle time)
- 组装真空阀门及阀门部件，确保产品按时交付，符合质量要求且人工成本合理（在计划周期内完成）
- Perform functional leak test in accordance to specification. Troubleshoot and solve any leakage issue during leak test process
- 按照规格要求进行功能性泄漏测试。在泄漏测试过程中排查并解决任何泄漏问题
- Perform visual inspection on the components supplied, if found any defects or abnormalities, feedback to Production supervisors and quality team.
- 对来料组件进行目视检查，若发现任何缺陷或异常，需反馈给生产负责人及质量部门。
- To perform 100% outgoing quality inspection on all production goods, document the inspection records and vacuum-pack the products according to packaging requirements.
- 对所有成品进行100%出厂质量检验，记录检验结果并按包装要求进行真空包装。
- Proficient in valve assembly, testing, packaging, and inspection processes and serve as central contact person from the cleanroom shop floor during production shifts.
- 熟练掌握阀门的装配，测试，包装，检验工艺，并在生产班次期间担任洁净室车间的主要联系人。
- Actively participate in continuous improvement process and maintain 5S at work environment to increase the productivity and maintain safety
- 积极参与持续改进流程，保持工作环境的5S标准以提升生产效率并确保安全
- Timely perform autonomous maintenance on equipment, devices, jigs and fixtures according to schedule.
- 按照计划及时对设备、装置、夹具和工装进行自主维护。
- Consistently maintain optimum stock level at both finished goods store and material kitting area to meet demand and delivery
- 始终保持成品仓库和物料来料区域的库存水平处于最佳状态，以满足需求和交付要求。
- Properly setup and handle equipment, jigs/fixture and parts with correct program and parameters for assembly, test and packaging processes.
- 正确设置并操作设备、夹具/工装和零件，使用正确的程序和参数进行装配、测试和包装过程。
- Accurately maintain information in ERP and other relevant production trackers or control systems (i.e. Inventory, cost, quality) with accurate data entry and timely transactions.
- 准确维护ERP及其他相关生产跟踪系统或控制系统（如库存、成本、质量）中的信息，确保数据录入准确及交付及时。
- Perform the tasks according to procedure and work instruction
- 按照程序和工作指令执行任务。
- Perform a timely recording & accurate report on production status especially departmental KPI
- 及时记录并准确报告生产状态，特别是部门关键绩效指标（KPI）。
- To ensure compliance with document control and timely archive production records on a shiftly basis i.e. EOL test reports, production output, quality inspection reports etc.
- 确保遵守文件控制规定，并按班次及时归档生产记录，例如： 终检测试报告、生产产量、质量检验报告等。
- To exercise the role as a shift supervisor on duty to address any quality deviations in the production line e.g. missing tools, jigs and fixtures, test cable, replacement parts, non-conformity handling, etc.
- 作为当班班组长，处理生产线上出现的质量偏差，例如工具缺失、夹具、测试电缆、更换零件、不符合项处理等。
- Handle production line escalations in case of abnormalities and channel them to higher levels if required.
- 在生产线出现异常情况时，负责处理并升级问题，必要时将问题上报至更高层级。
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources in the shop floor and collaborate with production planners to reallocate resources whenever deemed necessary.
- 确保车间资源的优化利用，并与生产计划人员协作，在必要时重新分配资源。
- Train, coach and supervise assemblers on duty to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
- 培训、指导并监督当班装配人员，确保安全、质量和生产效率。
- Any other duties as assigned by superior

- Key Competencies and Skills
3. 关键能力和技能
- Majors in Sciences / Engineering
- 理工科专业
- Prefer minimum 5 years of experience in similar cleanroom assembly processes
- 具备至少5年类似洁净室装配流程经验者优先
- Knowledge in vacuum applications and helium leak testing is added advantage
- 真空应用及氦气泄漏测试知识为加分项
- Experienced in leading shop floor organization with proven supervisory skills
- 具备丰富的车间组织管理和监督能力。
- Good quality awareness

- Good characters for teamwork and reliability
