1.    Manage, sustain and improve on operational or production relevant processes.

2.    Manage flexible production capacity within market driven lead time
在市场驱动的交货期内管理灵活的生产能力。
3.    Ensure the timely delivery of all assemble products in specified quality and cost-effective process.
确保所有组装产品按规定的质量和成本效益流程及时交付。
4.    Recruit, lead, coach and oversee all employees in Cleanroom Assembly
招聘、领导、培训和监督清洁室装配部门的所有员工。
5.    Ensure adequate training and qualification of employee in production and assembly to build professional production team according to skill matrix plan.
确保生产和装配员工的充分培训和资格认证，按技能矩阵计划建立专业的生产团队。
6.    Ensure optimal and efficient staff allocation and time management at production orders and material storage processes.
确保在生产订单和物料存储流程中进行适当的培训和时间管理。
7.    Ensure the continuous improvement and 5S at work environment to improve the productivity and maintain safety of work.
确保在工作环境中持续改进和5S，以提高生产效率并维护工作安全。
8.    Perform long term machines capacity planning and manpower requirement according to forecast, ensure resources are utilized fully and effectively.
根据预测执行长期机器容量规划和人力需求，确保资源得到充分有效利用。
9.    Improve human efficiency and OLE for assembly line
提高装配线的人力效率和OLE。
10.    Ensure proper maintenance, setup and use of all production equipment according to schedule
根据时间表确保所有生产设备的适当维护、设置和使用。
11.    Ensure smooth operation of all relevant production system eg: D365
确保所有相关生产系统（如D365）的顺畅运行。
12.    Ensure record keeping according to retention period for ISO 9001
按照ISO 9001的保留期进行记录保留。
13.    Ensure proper maintenance of procedure and task performed accordingly
确保按程序和任务执行适当的维护。
14.    Ensure fulfilment of all relevant production key performance indicators (KPI)
确保满足所有相关的生产关键绩效指标（KPI）。
15.    Ensure adequate resources of the 4M and 1E readiness for smooth production. 
确保4M和1E的充足资源准备，以确保生产顺畅。
16.    Ensure proper communication to all assembler / operator on any new changes in policies, procedures, etc
确保向所有装配工/操作员传达政策、程序等方面的任何新变化。
17.    Ensure daily and shiftly meeting is held without failed with related PIC and department to solve daily assembly issues highlighted by the assembler / operator
确保与相关的PIC和部门进行每日和班次会议，解决由装配工/操作员提出的每日装配问题。
18.    Ensure building and all properties in cleanroom is in good condition
确保洁净室内的建筑和所有财产处于良好状态。
19.    Work closely with process engineering team and other supporting team for continuos quality and process improvement 
与工艺工程团队和其他支持团队密切合作，持续改进质量和流程。
20.    Any other duties as assigned by superior
完成上级分配的其他职责。
