Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans, in alignment with company goals, to optimize account penetration and revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with the senior management team to define sales objectives, strategies, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, fostering strong customer partnerships and loyalty.
- Identify system configurations and work to displace competition on customer tools and attain specification wins on all new system developments.
- Provide technical assistance for product selection, promote entire range of VAT products, and provide quotes and follow opportunities through to completion at new and existing customers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and guide sales strategies accordingly.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, Engineering and Customer Support, to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs and drive sales success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in managing semiconductor key accounts in China.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies in a competitive market.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and driving sales performance.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
- Fluency in Chinese and English.
- Travel is required; approximately 30-50% should be expected.
