Liase with employees pertaining to payroll related queries  

Compilation and filling of all relevant documents of new hires 

Managing & maintaining data entry on payroll  

Ensure data correctness  

Monitor records and take actions on exceptions 

Monitor employee confirmation due dates, coordinate confirmation evaluation process, prepare and issue confirmation letters
