Job Description:
1. Work independently on VAT vacuum valves installation, troubleshooting, problem solving, maintenance and repairing on site/internal workshop.
2. Responds to customer calls; analyzes, and troubleshoots problems via phone, remote session or at customer site.
3. On time and correctly report working activities and time duration with customer signature.
4. Keep good communication with customers at various levels (tool engineers, section managers etc.)
5. Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders relating to technical and service issues.
6. Conducting customer support meetings and ensuring regular communication with customers.
7. Follow up and feedback customer complaints.
8. Follow up customer open issues until it closed.
9. Response for VAT valves quality information collection and quality problem report.
10. Provide technical problem solving and roots cause analysis report.
11. Ability to support customer for urgent request in weekend and holiday.
12. Assessing customers’ needs and advice the customers with regards to spare parts, preventive maintenance and retrofit possibilities.
13. Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualification:
1. Mechanical or electronic background with college degree or above.
2. Minimum 3 years of service experience in Cleanroom environment (Semiconductor or vacuum industry is preferred).
3. Strong skill of diagnosing, repairing and troubleshooting.
4. Strong business acumen and ability to identify opportunities within problems.
5. Be able to work independently under pressure and irregular hours.
6. Personal accountability, team player.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
8. Goal achievement.
9. Willing and able to travel frequently within short notice. Be adapted to irregular over time work together with customer urgent need.
10. Able and comfortable to communicate in English, Chinese. And 1 other additional language is a plus. ( Japanese or Korean )
