Job Description

MAIN ROLE AND ACTIVITIES

  • Sales responsibility for the ADV business in China to achieve company target.
  • Sales-oriented support and acquisition of new customers
  • Share of wallet increase with existing accounts
  • Strategic leadership and coordination of a cross functional team of engineers, service technicians, customer service, product management and finance including aligning team resources and structure in order to effectively execute the global sales strategy.
  • Demonstrated experienced driving a corporate sales strategy through a globally matrixed team across multiple functions.
  • Direct management of team including annual reviews, personal development and objective setting in line with corporate objectives.
  • Develop quarterly and annual strategic growth plans aimed at increasing market share and driving strategically important corporate objectives.
  • Manage team demonstrate high efficiency quickness and professional in the team. Develop team according company strategy.
  • Prepare annual , quarterly and monthly sales forecasts for presentation to VAT management
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in strategic customer accounts
  • Collaborate with the Business Units to close agreements with large customers
  • Monitoring of the market in relation to competitors as well as technical and commercial trends
  • Planning and implementation of product presentations and local trade fairs with support from the HQ
  • Complaint recording, forwarding to customer service and ensuring customer oriented processing

 

 

KEY EXPERIENCES - What experiences bring success to this position?

  • 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the vacuum industry, sales team management experience preferred
  • Distinct customer and market orientation
  • High technical training in mechanical engineering or physics
  • Travel activity approx. 50-60%
  • Good handling of MS Office products and ERP systems
  • Good English Language skills in speaking and writing are necessary
