• Coordinating all service orders, quotations, and inquiries received from customers or Sales Engineers

• Driving the workflow of service orders and ensuring timely completion

• Coordinating technical support and capacity planning with the service manager

• Managing spares ordering and maintaining appropriate inventory levels

• Aligning pricing strategies with headquarters

• Planning and managing spare stacking.

• Supporting the warranty claims process in collaboration with Quality & Business Units.

• Assisting in the complaint handling process

• Acting as the primary point of contact for all repair or warranty-related issues

• Coordinating the return of customers' VAT products

• Preparing and emailing evaluations, repair quotes, and failure analysis reports to customers

• Prioritizing evaluations and repairs by coordinating commit dates

• Coordinating the return shipment of repaired valves

• Interacting with the CH service department

• Writing failure assessment reports for defective products when necessary

• Tracking all service issues related to the GS3 database

• Reading and understanding assembly drawings and blueprints

• Maintaining organization in the service department to increase productivity, in collaboration with the service manager

• Performing other duties as assigned by management

• Supervise and manage a team within the service center

• Coordinate customer meetings to address service-related matters





• High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in technical service or semi-conductor

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Strong mechanical assembly, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities

• Understanding of Basic Electronics

• Ability to function independently and multitask effectively

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office applications

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required




The salary range for the Service Center Coordinator role at VAT is between $80,000 and $105,000 USD.
