職務概要

本ポジションでは、日本のサービスセンターにてチームメンバーと協働し、VAT製品の修理業務をご担当いただきます。
修理業務を通じて、お客様のビジネス成功に貢献していただく重要な役割です。

主な業務内容

• チームメンバーとの連携・協働
• VAT製品の検査、修理および修理後の梱包作業
• 作業プロセスおよび手法の改善提案
• KPI達成に向けた主体的な業務推進
• 製品の評価、故障解析、修理対応、見積作成およびレポート作成
• 継続的改善活動（CIP／カイゼン）への貢献
• 必要に応じて、営業・FSE・FAEなど関連部門のサポート
• その他、VAT製品に関する業務全般
• 修理業務を通じた顧客および企業の成功への貢献

応募資格（必須要件）

• 機械および電気に関する技術知識
• 修理／エンジニアリング／フィールドサポートの実務経験（3年以上）
• 日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション能力（口頭・文書）
• 対面での円滑なコミュニケーション能力
• チームでの問題解決を促進できる協調性
• チーム環境での業務遂行能力
• Microsoft Office（Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPoint）の基本操作スキル
• 柔軟な思考力
• 品質管理および分析の知識（QC七つ道具の理解）
