General Summary
As a repair engineer, you will be repair VAT products with team members at service center in Japan. 
And, contribute to customer business success through repair activities. 

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:  
• Collaborate with team members 
• Inspection, Repair and Packing (after repair) of VAT products  
• Proposes improvements to processes and methods 
• Take leadership/ownership to achieve Key Performance Indicator KPI 
• Perform evaluation, failure analysis, repair and estimate and/or report of VAT products.  
• Contribute CIP (or Kaizen)  
• Support customer/account manager (sales)/Field Service Engineer/Field Application Engineer, 
etc on demand 
• Other VAT products related work on demand 
• Contribute to the business success of users and companies through repair activities 

Minimum Qualification

• Technical competence for mechanical and electrical 
• Repair/engineering/field support work experience 3 years or more.   
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skill in Japanese 
and English 
• Face to Face communication skill 
• Encourage a good team spirit with open environment for team 
problem solving. 
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment. 
• Working knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft 
Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Flexibility in mind 
• Knowledge of QC and analysis (understand at least CQ 7 tools) 

Preferred Qualification

• Vacuum technology experience/knowledge  
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering
