Key Responsibilities

Marketing Communications (Primary – 50%+)

• Plan, organize, and facilitate tradeshows and exhibitions.
• Manage advertising placements and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate and support onsite seminars and corporate events.
• Localize marketing materials and ensure effective communication in Japanese.
• Prepare giveaways and promotional items.

Executive Assistant (Secondary – 50%-)

• Work closely with the CEO to provide executive support.
• Assist with customer entertainment and hospitality.
• Facilitate internal team events and company gatherings.
• Manage gift preparation and distribution.
• Coordinate business travel arrangements (if required).
