Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications (Primary – 50%+)
- Plan, organize, and facilitate tradeshows and exhibitions.
- Manage advertising placements and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate and support onsite seminars and corporate events.
- Localize marketing materials and ensure effective communication in Japanese.
- Prepare giveaways and promotional items.
Executive Assistant (Secondary – 50%-)
- Work closely with the CEO to provide executive support.
- Assist with customer entertainment and hospitality.
- Facilitate internal team events and company gatherings.
- Manage gift preparation and distribution.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements (if required).
