■ Role Overview

This is a hands-on role within the Sales Operations department, responsible for import-focused logistics, trade, and inventory operations.

It is not an administrative-only or sales position.

The role suits professionals seeking stability and long-term career development in a global environment.

■ Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end import-focused logistics and trade operations

- ERP-based goods receipt, inventory, and warehouse management

- Coordination with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and customs brokers

- Picking, issuing, and return control

- Stock replenishment and purchase order processing

- Cross-functional coordination and SLA compliance

■ Must Requirements

- Japanese: Native level

- English: Conversational level

- Background in industrial machinery, components, or Logistics / Supply Chain

- Strong hands-on import operations experience

- Practical logistics, trade, and inventory experience

- ERP experience in logistics/trade operations

- Comfortable with hands-on operational work

■ Nice-to-have

- 5+ years of hands-on experience

- 3PL experience

- Experience with foreign-affiliated logistics companies or freight forwarders

■ Ideal Candidate
