General Summary

  • Looking for passionate experienced inside salesperson, with teamwork mind set.
  • This position requires to manage own territory and achieve order intake and revenue target by promoting VAT solutions.
  • Reasonable customer relationship management skill is mandatory.
  • This position is required to listen and confirm customers’ requirements as ordinary sales activities. To respond to customer, obtaining necessary information from team members in and out of Japan, including sourcing plants in Switzerland and Malaysia.
  • You are required to attending regular sales team meetings and other meetings upon orders. You are also required to propose sales efficiency improvement initiatives.
  • You must equip with good communications skills, capable team player, negotiation skills and analytical & critical thinking skills.

 

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Order to cash management, includes: quotations, order booking, delivery and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) management.
  • Confirm short (3 months) and long term (12 months) demand regularly and share among the team in regular team meetings, in addition to ad hoc confirmation requirement.
  • Attend regular team meeting and update business status, issues, help needed etc.
  • Report to managers about the issues, which is beyond the scope and responsibilities of the position without any delays.
  • Respond to general requirements such as environmental request (RoHS, ChemSHERPA) or certificates of non-applicability on customers’ portal site.
  • Become the first contact point for technical requirements and pass over to technical team. 

 

Minimum Qualification

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in inside sales or Customer Relationship Management 
  • Good communications skills in English
  • Proficient in Office365
  • Hold bachelor’s degree or equivalent 

 

Preferred Qualification

  • 5+ years’ experience in inside sales or Customer Relationship Management
  • 3+ years’ experience in distributor management
  • Working experience in international business environment
  • Hold bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering
