Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

  • Sales administration and order processing for vacuum valve products within Japan.
  • Arrange orders with VAT headquarters in Switzerland based on customer purchase orders and manage the entire process from order placement through delivery and sales recording.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
  • Participate in business meetings with key customer contacts.
  • Occasional overseas business trips (approximately one week) may be required in the future.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate or above
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Japanese: Native Speaker
  • English: Intermediate level or above (TOEIC 700+ or Eiken Grade 2+)



Required Experience & Skills

  • At least 3 years of sales administration experience involving domestic customers.
  • Experience handling physical products with inventory management responsibilities.
  • Experience with precision equipment or vacuum-related components is highly desirable.
  • Purchasing/procurement experience with delivery schedule management.
  • Experience dealing with overseas suppliers/manufacturers is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in English and motivated to improve English skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Macros, Data Management).

 

Preferred Knowledge

  • Import/export knowledge and experience is desirable.
