Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing accounts in the semiconductor industry.
- Identify and create new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments and global teams to support customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account updates.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Monitor market trends, customer activities, and competitor information.
- Support quotation, negotiation, and order follow-up processes.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM.
Requirements:
- B2B sales experience in semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, industrial machinery, electronics, or a related industry.
- Experience in account management or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal/global teams.
- Native in Japanese
- Ability to communicate in English with overseas internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
