Repair Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Perform the failed valve FA(Failure Assessment)/repair
  2. Technical communication with customer/HQ based on valve FA(Failure Assessment) report
  3. Perform ERP update for FA/Repair related activities
  4. Close work with relevant departments(Customer Service team/Operation team/Sales team/Field Application team)
  1. Communication/alignment with Service coordinator/Field Service team.
  2. Perform on-site support to fix field issue if needs be.
  3. Perform scheduling for the failed valve FA

  • Customers (OEM, End user, Sales partners)
  • Other div. in VAT-Korea
  • Quality team in Switzerland/Malaysia
  • Coordinator and Managers
  • WW service center (Japan, Taiwan, China, Singapore, US, Switzerland)
