Key Responsibilities

• Manage import and logistics operations for shipments from overseas headquarters and factories
• Prepare and manage import customs documents (Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
• Oversee warehouse operations and domestic logistics flow
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Customer Service to resolve delivery issues
• Maintain logistics and customs-related data and support reporting

Qualifications

• Experience or background in logistics, trade, or supply chain preferred
• Understanding of air import and customs clearance processes
• Basic business-level English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other standard office tools

Preferred

• Experience working in a multinational environment
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., D365)
• Strong sense of ownership with good communication skills
