Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and solutions for Semiconductor and Display customers.
• Analyze process and equipment-related issues and drive effective problem resolution.
• Support customer qualification and implementation of new products and technologies.
• Collaborate with Global HQ and engineering teams on technical projects and issue management.
• Work closely with Sales teams to deliver technical value and identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or display industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and production environments.
• Experience in Process Engineering, Process Integration, Manufacturing Engineering, or Fab Equipment Engineering.
• Proven ability to analyze technical issues and provide practical solutions.
• Business-level English communication skills, including technical discussions, presentations, and report writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience working for semiconductor or display manufacturers (End-Users), such as: SEC, SKH, DBH, ONSEMI, SDC, LGD, Process tool Manufacture OEMs
• Experience with semiconductor processes such as: CVD, EtchKnowledge of Vacuum Systems, Vacuum Pumps, Vacuum Valves, and related applications.
• Experience working with global teams or multinational organizations.
• Customer-facing technical support or consulting experience.
