MAIN ROLE AND ACTIVITIES

• Lead the formulation and execution of Global TSMC Account growth strategy in commercial and technical aspects to establish a structured way for double-digit growth.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with all hierarchy levels of the global TSMC organization across Asia, US and Europe
• Responsibility to execute growth plans to accomplish the ambitious growth plans.
• Reporting of all account-relevant information to internal and external key stakeholders in global TSMC account team across Asia, US and Europe
• Develop tailored technical and commercial solutions to address the complex/demanding needs of global TSMC account team across Asia, US and Europe (HVM and R&D divisions).
• Delivery of market and customer insights and development of a deep understanding of global TSMC’s market and business activities, ecosystems and partnerships in Asia, US and Europe.
• Build-up of a highly motivated and competent Key Account TSMC team to execute strategy successfully.

REQUIREMENTS

• Deep knowledge and experience in Semiconductor and especially TSMC is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with professionals of all hierarchical levels.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Track record in successfully selling new offering/solutions/new generation of products into TSMC.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams, with a strong ability to inspire, coach, and develop both team and individual talents. Demonstrated excellence in collaborating across teams and business functions.
