RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate activities to increase sales revenue & maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (VoC).
• Project management skill to run the evaluation activities with customers and internal organizations.

• Prepare TRM (technical review meeting) together with BU and Sales.
• Work closely with regional FAE, sales and BU to ensure rapid response to opportunities and effective/tailored solutions to customer issues.

• Lead product promotion activities (value proposition) in front of customers by close collaboration with key stakeholders (Corporate/local team).

• Lead fab mapping activities.
• Support projects ranging from N-1 to N+2 requirements and influecne Competency Center Applications.
• Grow Service revenue and identify new retrofit/upgrade opportunities.
• Professionally represents the company to the customer. Utilize knowledge of company’s product lines and services to keep existing/ potential customers informed when new/ additional needs are identified.

SKILLS:

• Good knowledge of semiconductor process and application
• Excellent communication skills -- in writing, by phone, and group and one-on-one presentations. 
• Ability to condense information into action lists.
• Ability to exercise strong follow-up on commitments.
• A strong team player.
• Good problem solving skills and strength in managing conflicts.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Skillful at building relationship with customer especially for key account.
