MAIN ROLE AND ACTIVITIES (RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Management: 
  • Manage day-to-day team activities of the FAE TW department.
  • Manage all HR topics including talent attraction, talent development, succession planning and team scalability, employee engagement and training.
  • Create an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and personal growth, ensuring team members are motivated and productive.
• Strategy: 
  • Condense VAT corporate strategy and define implementation of relevant elements for the FAE TW team.
  • Condense leading edge foundry technical roadmaps collected by the team and formulate strategies (leverage Technical Collaboration Lab VAT TW) to address current and future customer needs.
  • Identify areas of revenue growth in VAT core and non-core markets.
  • Develop technical specification products applications based on customer requirements and technical trend.
  • Monitor competitor and report business intelligence back to VAT.
• Communication: 
  • Condense FAE TW feedback into application roadmaps and project pipelines in order to provide a unified voice to the BUs and Corporate R&D (customer voice to VAT).
  • Continuously communicate customer priorities to the BUs in order to support effective allocation of resources to New Product Introduction projects (NPI) and escalations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments (e.g., Product, Sales, Corporate RD) to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.
