Team Leader Engineering, BU WPS Engineering Modules
As a member of the business unit SEMI you are developing vacuum valves and systems for the semiconductor industry. Our products are key elements for the next generation of computer chips that enable megatrends like digitalization, internet of things, 5g/6g or autonomous driving. Being very close to our customers all over the world and satisfying their specific demands is crucial for our business.
Together with our product managers, project managers, project buyers and quality engineers, you will lead product developments to a technical and commercial success.
YOUR CHALLENGES
- Lead of a mechanical engineering team with 7-12 colleagues
- Facilitate personal development and team growth
- Contribute to departmental strategi and implementation
- Responsibility for capacity planning
- Coordinate the team during escalations
- Drive portfolio innovation in coordination with key stakeholders
- Streamline processes
YOUR COMPETENCIES
- Technical education or apprenticeship with an additional Bachelor or Master degree
- Leadership skills to take the lead over 7-12 colleagues
- 5 years of professional experience preferred
- Hands on, systematic and independent working style
- Ability to work in highly agile project teams
- Fluent in English, German preferred
- Willingness to travel in the range of 5-10%
