Project Manager Engineering

As a Project Manager Engineering, you will lead cross-functional product development, customization, relocation, and cost-down projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept to implementation while driving innovation and collaboration across a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product development, customization, relocation, and cost optimization projects with a strong focus on innovation.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive end-to-end project execution from concept through prototype and implementation.
  • Act as the main interface between project teams, Global Account Managers, and key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and continuous improvement culture across international teams.
  • Ensure effective communication, reporting, and stakeholder alignment throughout all project phases.
  • Monitor project performance, resource planning, and deliverables using project management tools and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemistry, Physics) or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a global matrix organization.
  • Strong technical understanding with exposure to product development, supply chain, quality, and marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects from concept through prototype with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
