Production Team Coordinator Assembly

Purpose of the Role

The Production Team Coordinator Assembly is responsible for coordinating and managing assembly activities to ensure production plans are completed on schedule and defined quality standards are met. The role provides functional leadership to an assembly team working in shifts, promotes a culture of continuous improvement, and makes a significant contribution to safe, efficient, and high-quality production processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor assembly operations to ensure compliance with production plans, schedules, and performance targets.
• Lead, motivate, and support assembly employees while fostering a positive and productive working environment.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure and continuously improve product and process quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity, and process stability.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, work instructions, and quality standards within the assembly area.

Qualifications

• Completed school education or equivalent qualification; a technical vocational qualification is an advantage.
• Very good written and spoken German is required, English language skills are an advantage.
• Proven professional experience in production, as well as experience in leading or coordinating assembly operations.
• Sound knowledge of assembly techniques, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Very good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
