IHRE HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

• Bearbeitung von Bedarfsmeldungen und Auslösung von Fertigungsaufträgen für die Produktion
• Terminverfolgung sowie Anwendung und Betreuung des KANBAN-Systems
• Unterstützung bei der optimalen Planung und Auslastung der Maschinenressourcen
• Sicherstellung einer effizienten Materialbewirtschaftung, inkl. Festlegung optimaler Losgrössen, Sicherstellung kurzer Wiederbeschaffungszeiten sowie Lagerreservation von Materialien
• Rechnungsprüfung und -freigabe inkl. Kontierung
• Laufende Überprüfung und Pflege von Stammdaten im ERP-System

IHRE KOMPETENZEN

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Produktionsplanung, Logistik oder Einkauf
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, Materialplanung oder einem vergleichbaren industriellen Umfeld
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse gängiger ERP-/MRP-Systeme (z. B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Strukturierte, selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Belastbarkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel, Power BI)
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil
