To lead our efforts in optimizing product marketing strategies and pricing models our global Semiconductor Solution Group is looking for: 


Product Marketing and Pricing Manager (80-100%)


As the Product Marketing and Pricing Manager, you will be a key driver in shaping the success of our products in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies, fine-tuning pricing models, and leading a cross-functional team to drive revenue growth and market dominance.  




Product Marketing: 

  • Develop and implement holistic product marketing strategies that encompass product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans. Drive product awareness, adoption, and customer loyalty. 

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. 

  • Collaborate closely with sales and product management teams to equip them with the necessary tools and resources for successful product selling. 


Pricing Strategy: 

  • Design and execute effective value-based pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability. 

  • Continuously analyze competitive pricing landscapes to ensure our products are competitively positioned. 

  • Monitor market dynamics and respond with agile pricing adjustments to maintain our market share. 

  • Implement advanced pricing optimization techniques to capture maximum value from our product offerings. 

  • Work in tandem with sales and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies align with corporate objectives. 


Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and finance, to align pricing and marketing strategies with overall business goals. 

  • Play a key role in the development of standardized contract templates to streamline the sales process and enhance customer experience. 

  • Educate and train other departments on product messaging and pricing strategies. 



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 

  • Proven experience in product marketing, pricing strategy, or related roles within the semiconductor sector. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data, pricing models, and financial data. 

  • Exceptional leadership and matrix team management abilities. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

  • Proficiency in market research tools and marketing automation software is advantageous.
