AUFGABENBEREICH

• Erfüllung sämtlicher Qualitäts- und Produktivitätsvorgaben
• Einrichtung der Schweissanlagen
• Bestückung der Schweissanlagen
• Bedienung der Schweissanlagen
• Lecktest mit Helium von Balg, Balgpaketen und kompletten Balgeinheiten
• Rückmeldung von erledigten Arbeiten über unser ERP-System
• Durchführung Qualitätskontrollen gemäss Prozess
• Prozessbegleitende Qualitätskontrolle gemäss Vorgabe
• Aushilfe diverser Tätigkeiten im Reinraum

KOMPETENZEN / BEFUGNISSE / PFLICHTEN

• Technische Grundausbildung (z.B. Schweisser, Mechaniker, Polymechaniker)
• Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und gute Arbeitsethik 
• Bewusstsein für Qualität
• Bereitschaft für den Drei-Schicht-Betrieb (Früh-, Spät-, Nacht-, und Wochenendschicht)
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2)
• Grosse Lernbereitschaft an den Anlagen
• Einhaltung der Reinraumregeln
• Umsetzung und Einhaltung der VAT-Werte
