IHRE HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

• Mitarbeit bei der Eingangskontrolle im Reinraum mittels konventioneller Prüfmittel
• KMG-Operateur für die 3D-Koordinatenmesstechnik (Anwendung und Interpretation der Messprotokolle)
• Bemusterung und Dokumentation von Bauteilen
• Messmittelmanagement
• Messung mit 3D-Messarm
• Mithilfe bei der Verbesserung kritischer Herstellprozesse
• Teamwork und Erfahrungsaustausch in der Mess- und Fertigungstechnik
• Interpretation von Form- und Lagetoleranz
• Erkennung von Messstrategien und Anwendung des richtigen Messmittels

IHRE KOMPETENZEN

• Technische Ausbildung (z.B. Polymechaniker, Zerspanungstechniker)
• Weiterbildung zum KMG- Messtechniker (e.g. AUKOM, CMTrain)
• Kenntnisse zu Fom- und Lagertoleranzen
• Kenntnisse zu SPC, Test- und Überwachungsverfahren
• Grundkenntnisse zu den Anforderungen aus DIN EN / ISO 17025
• Sprachkenntnisse: deutsch fliessend, Englisch von Vorteil
• Teamfähigkeit und Zusammenarbeit mit allen Bereichen der VAT
