MAIN ROLE AND ACTIVITIES
- Prepare and deliver instructional activities, training programs, and workshops.
- Develop training materials such as syllabi, visual aids, and handouts.
- Identify training needs and provide recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
- Evaluate trainees' performance and provide feedback to improve their skills.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the industry and incorporate them into the training.
