Global Process Manager E2E Planning

YOUR CHALLENGES

• Leads and manages projects in E2E planning, S&OP as well as related streams within the global project “unITy” (global project  to implement new ERP)
• Takes, develops and implements new customer requirements and solutions and embeds them into our existing E2E planning process landscape within the VAT Group
• Becomes part of a global supply chain management team that delivers in a global environment outstanding solutions
• Provides, if required, support and training of relevant counterparts within and across organization
• Defines process improvement strategies to achieve efficient and effective process execution within the VAT Group
• Acts as a key contributor to both quantitative and qualitative performance indicators driving our processes
• Selects and provides expert guidance on process design and improvement best practices, tools, processes, and governance policies on major cross-divisional process improvement programs
• Leads the definition of a process and training strategy for a given portion of employees within the VAT Group
• Conducts strategic analysis on existing processes and provides potential solutions to improve the existing processes

YOUR COMPENTENCIES

• Preferably 3 - 5 years of experience in operations multi-functional process environment
• Engineering or business education (advanced degree preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in at least one organizational transformation program preferred
• Working knowledge and understanding of ERP/MRP systems and their use in a global manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
• Ability to demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills
• Good analytical problem solving ability
• Fluent in English, ability to negotiate in speaking and writing - German is an advantage
