YOUR CHALLENGES

• Understanding of the main customer challenges in collaboration with Product Management and Application Engineering
• Identification and development of novel solutions to heat/cool vacuum components, wafer substrates and other mechanisms
• Identification and development of relevant sensor technologies
• Setup test methods ands test execution in collaboration with lab engineers
• Technical project management from concept phase to testing of minimum viable products in the market
• Maintaining and expanding the network between research and development (R&D) and external competency partners
• Collaborating among various disciplines such as design, simulation, field application engineers etc.
• Active participation and contribution to our competence communities

YOUR COMPETENCIES

• Education as an engineer of applied sciences, ideally with relevant experience in thermal management and solutions
• Knowledge of semiconductor applications preferred
• Curious and innovative personality able to learn new technologies and related concepts efficiently
• Ability to combine hands on and systematic approaches
• Desire to work in a dynamic, global team
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Willingness to travel 5-10%
• Fluent in English, German is a big advantage
