Responsibilities
- Independently set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines (3-axis/5-axis)
- Program and optimize CNC programs (Siemens)
- Manufacture individual parts and small to medium production batches based on technical drawings
- Select, prepare, and change tools
- Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure dimensional and geometric accuracy
- Perform quality inspections using standard measuring equipment
- Maintain and service machines and troubleshoot minor faults
- Comply with safety, quality, and delivery requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Completed training as a Polymechanic, CNC Machinist, Machining Technician, or equivalent
- Several years of experience in CNC milling is an advantage
- Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with CNC control systems
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
- Strong quality awareness and sense of responsibility
- Team-oriented and flexible
- Willingness to work in shifts (shift work)
