Purpose of the Role
To lead and deliver CAPEX investment and industrialization projects at the Haag site, ensuring efficient implementation from concept through completion. The role is critical in scaling and optimizing production processes, maximizing return on investment, and ensuring full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while supporting strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of CAPEX investment projects, ensuring alignment with site and business strategy.
- Drive industrialization initiatives to optimize, standardize, and scale production processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze and improve workflows, ensuring efficient and sustainable process design.
- Ensure proper training and qualification of employees impacted by new or modified processes.
- Deliver projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines, maintaining transparency on cost and schedule performance.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present project updates, investment cases, and performance reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Contribute to departmental improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Technical education in engineering or equivalent practical experience in an industrial environment, with a focus on production industrialization.
- Proven experience in managing CAPEX investment and process optimization projects.
- Solid understanding of Lean methodologies and process improvement tools.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, particularly in industrialization and process design.
- Proficiency in German (spoken and written) and good command of English.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across functions and teams.
- Ability to work independently and drive innovative solutions in a project-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
