Ihr neues Aufgabengebiet

• Unterstützung im Kreditorenmanagement
• Mitarbeit bei der Führung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung in MS Dynamics D365
• Kontrolle (inkl. MWST) und Verbuchung der visierten Kreditorenrechnungen aus dem elektronischen Freigabeworkflow BLP
• Mitarbeit bei der Erfassung von Kreditorenrechnungen
• Überwachung des vollständigen Rücklaufs der Kreditorenrechnungen
• Ansprechperson im Falle von Abklärungen/Differenzbereinigungen und externen Anfragen
• Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Prozesse und deren Dokumentation
• Stammdatenpflege

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Talente 

• Kaufmännische Grundausbildung
• Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung eines Industriebetriebes
• Gute MS-Office und idealerweise auch MS Dynamics D365 Kenntnisse
• Exakte, speditive, gut organisierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Hoher Einsatzwille und Lernbereitschaft für neue Aufgabengebiete
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Selbständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Teambereitschaft
