Job Description:

• Daily cash collection and bank reconciliation.
• Issue and mail tax invoices to customers, entry tax invoice information in the customers’ system if needed.
• Enter entries in the accounting system.
• Responsible for organizing and checking the employee reimbursement and payment documents.
• Reconciling the related control accounts (AP, and Inventory etc.)
• Support finishing monthly and yearly closing.
• Support annual/internal audit.
• Assist in organizing financial documents.
• HR and Adm related work.
• Handle other work or project assigned by manager.
