As a Supply Chain Leader, you will fulfil a central key role in our company supply chain operations. You will manage the procurement and operations of product lines in the VAT network - Switzerland, Malaysia and Romania.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Lead (functional and disciplinary) a team of Supply Specialists and Order & Material Specialists for your dedicated Product Line.
- Represent the centrally managed operations unit and responsible for the entire product life cycle.
- Work closely with the product managers in order to identify market trends at an early stage and derive the right measures from them.
- Coordinate the interface between operations, strategic purchasing, materials management and order fulfilment in order to continuously improve and manage on time delivery, product quality and overall product costs of our product lines.
Minimum Qualification :
- Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in related field (i.e., sourcing, production planning, product planning, data analytics, project management , supply chain etc)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited colleges or university
- Ability to work across regions and functions and proactive to lead interdisciplinary project teams
- People person, strong ability to communicate and influence
- Strong project management, data analytics skills (risk based) , and productivity tools (i.e. Power BI, Excel micro)
- Ability to learn new systems, meets objectives and works independently in a matrix organization – Minimal supervision
- Sensible and empathic communication skills with colleagues as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Possess result-oriented mindset
- Work independently with minimum supervision and team player
- Collaboration with internal departments including leading global projects and meetings
- Active participation in the improvement of materials management processes and management of cross-divisional projects
Preferred Qualification :
- Sound ERP Systems S&OP knowledge (e.g. PSS, SAP, Dynamics)
- Project Management and effective Communication
- Analytics skill on Risk based and focus on essential facts
- Strong deductive reasoning, problem solving skills and high analytical capabilities
- Good in stakeholder management and high collaboration with cross functional team
