Join our Supplier Development & Quality team and play a key role in driving supplier performance, product quality, and operational excellence across our global supply chain. Drive supplier development, new supplier sourcing & qualification, and machining capability enhancement to support business growth. This role will also release workload from the Change Management team, enabling organization capacity to handle >100 organic growth change requests annually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve supplier quality performance through KPI tracking and regular reviews.
  • Execute end to end supplier qualification process from technical feasibility review to process capability validation and production readiness audits
  • Lead supplier audits, assessments, and qualification activities.
  • Support category managers in supplier selection process by providing capability and risk assessment.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier quality issues.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) and supplier onboarding activities.
  • Analyze quality data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate supply chain quality risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance supplier capability and process effectiveness.
  • Own and execute the change management process, including engineering changes, transfer projects and localization activities.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Supplier Development.
  • Knowledge of quality tools including 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA & GD&T 
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong hands-on machining knowledge (CNC milling and turning) with 3-5 years of relevant experience is highly preferred
  • Possess material and surface treatment knowledge is an added advantage
