Job description: Supervisor – Cleaning & Secondary

1. Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of operators and manufacturing specialists in cleaning and secondary area
• Ensure the timely delivery of all products in required quality and at reasonable cost level
• Monitor the production output and maintain high-quality standards to meet KPI’s
• Initiates and monitors training of employees to cover on boarding, repetitive training, compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
• Provide skill development plan for existing employees
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity
• Inspect from time-to-time finished products to ensure they meet specifications
• Address quality issues promptly and effectively
• Ensure regular maintenance of high purity cleaning machine to prevent downtime
• Coordinate with maintenance team for major repairs
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
• Conduct regular safety inspections
• Ensure the continuous improvement in process and 5S at work environment
• Manage inventory of cleaning liquid, tools and supplies
• Support daily task that given by superior from time to time.

2. Qualifications and Key skills:

• 5 years of working experience in cleaning and secondary process
• 3 years of supervisory experience in similar production environment
• Prefer to possess knowledge in metrology, material or chemistry properties specially for aluminium and stainless steel
• Experienced in using laboratory equipment, e.g. conductivity meter, PH meter etc.
• Employee leadership
  • o Strong ability to lead, motivate and manage a shopfloor team
• Microsoft Office
