Product Manager

You will be the product owner who is responsible for both technical and commercial/operational aspects of the assigned products, including product strategy, business growth, technology roadmap and profitability. You will work closely with internal team & counterparts in Switzerland to meet companywide KPIs & mid-term goals. You will also be the key person to communicate with sales team and field engineers to address queries and requests from customers.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Supports sales organization in regards to all technical & operational aspects.
• Driving the corporate strategy through a globally matrixed team across multiple functions.
• Proven knowhow to monitor profitability of existing customer products and deriving measures in order to sustain and increase the profitability.
• Accountable for customization- & industrialization projects and technical customer documentation like manuals, product data sheets according to European machinery directive.
• Coordination of customer visits, audits and customer specific requirements across the VAT group business units and legal entities for implementation into engineering and operational processes.
• Supervising all changes in regards to supply chain, manufacturing and assembly processes and preparing documentation for customer relevant changes and submitting it to the respective customers following the customer specific change management (CE!, CEx and POR) processes.

Minimum Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or semiconductor related engineering disciplines

Preferred Qualification :

• MBA, Master’s Degree or PhD in Sciences, Engineering, or Semiconductor related engineering disciplines.
• Experience in Product, Program or Key Account management within Semiconductor related industry.
• Written & verbal communication in Mandarin, Japanese or Korean besides English language (added advantage).
