VAT is looking for a talented Product Manager. The ideal candidate has a proven record of developing business and managing a dedicated product portfolio while increasing customer trust and loyalty, demonstrates strategic thinking and an ability to provide fact driven proposals to solve complex problems by leveraging a globally matrixed team.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Supports sales organization in regards to all technical & operational aspects. 
• Drive the corporate strategy through a globally matrixed team across multiple functions. 
• Proven knowhow to monitor profitability of existing customer products and deriving measures in order to sustain and increase the profitability. 
• Accountable for customization & industrialization projects and technical customer documentation like manuals, product data sheets according to European machinery directive.
• Coordination of customer visits, audits and customer specific requirements across the VAT group business units and legal entities for implementation into engineering and operational processes. 
• Supervising all changes in regards to supply chain, manufacturing and assembly processes and preparing documentation for customer relevant changes and submitting it to the respective customers following the customer specific change management (CE!, CEx and POR) processes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

• Master's Degree in sciences, engineering, or Semiconductor related engineering disciplines, MBA degree preferred 

• Experienced in Product, Program or Key Account management within Semiconductor related industry.

• Account management experience in a matrix organization 

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, time management, analytical & communication skills 

• Written & verbal communication in Mandarin, Japanese or Korean will be an added advantages.
