We are seeking a highly skilled Machining Process Engineer to drive excellence in our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in GD&T and CNC machinery to develop robust manufacturing methods, optimize secondary processes and ensure peak machine utilization. 

 

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

-    Process Engineer for Machining Operations, involve with CNC machine, Turning machine and Secondary Process

-    Establish manufacturing methods and work instructions to ensure operator/machinist following a proper method according to standard and safety requirement

-    Conduct training to operator/machinist for new work instruction or improvement items

-    Carry out investigation and corrective action for quality issue arise related to process

-    Lead and manage improvement project to improve Yield, Quality and Machine Utilizations

-    Initiate and participate in continuous improvement process and 6S at work environment to increase the productivity and maintain safety, especially towards meeting departmental KPI

-    Support NPI in term of data analysis and Work Instruction to have proper handshake to production

-    Support CAD/CAM team for Quality, Yield and Cycle Time improvement

-    Ensure proper setup and use of equipment, tool, jigs/fixture and parts with proper procedure

-    Support daily task given by Supervisor

 

Preferred Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial, Mechanical/Manufacturing, Material, Chemical, Mechatronic

- Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience

- Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

- Strong analytical ability to use Excel macro and Minitab

- Strong project management and organization skill

- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

- Familiar with Power BI and Python (Good to have)
