1 Role and Responsibilities

- Manage and responsible on New Product Prototype build plan and progress monitoring.

- Leading SOP (Start of Production) readiness for all internal manufacturing processes and equipment.

- Involve in product and process design review with Project Management / Business Units including process procedures, test equipment, data collections methods for plant manufacturing operations.

- Conducts meetings with Cross Functional Team (CFT) for DFM proposal, jig & fixture, Tooling, Programming, Process, Inspection methology and Packaging method development.

- Provide technical feedback and review prototype result with the team, provide correction and improvement plans

- Establish manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities based on project schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information

- Work closely with Industrial Engineer to deploy Lean manufacturing concept start from the initial setup of mass production

- Ensure project documentation such as Work Instruction, Manufacturing Plan, Control Plan, Packing Instruction are maintained in line with company procedure and hand over all information to production for mass production.

- Deploy / share best practices across plant when applicable

- Leading RFQ coordination for In-house manufacturing products. Work together with related Process Owners for cycle time estimation and investment cost.

2 Qualifications and Key skills:

- Prefer 4 years of experience in project management for NPI in manufacturing industry

- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronic, Electromechanical or Metal Fabrication)

- Prefer experience in CNC/precision machining and mechanical assembly industries

- Self-driven, aggressive, dynamic, innovative and result-oriented team player

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

- Experienced with production line/workstation setup and Jig/device/toolings design with CAD system
