General Summary (Role summary and objectives/ description of the role)  

This role plays a critical function in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and continuous improvement of Master Data Management and the Product Approval Workflow (PAW). By overseeing data flows, approvals, and cross-functional collaboration, it drives operational excellence and ensures compliance with key business processes. Acting as a central point of coordination, this position facilitates seamless communication between stakeholders, resolves process deviations, and provides strategic support to enhance workflow effectiveness. Through analytical expertise and technical proficiency, the role contributes to the organization's overall data governance and process optimization efforts.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Coordination and optimization of processes in Master Data Management and Product Approval Workflow
• Monitoring and managing relevant data flows and approvals
• Supporting and coordinating with various departments and locations
• Analyzing and resolving data errors and process deviations
• Communicating with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient workflows
• Assisting with IT tickets and general technical inquiries
• Conducting continuous improvement projects (CIP)
• Leading workshop meetings and achieving cross-departmental alignment to ensure seamless collaboration and stakeholder involvement.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior/management.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelors Degree Business Administration/Information Systems/Computer Science/ related field
• Min 7 years of hands on experience with ERP systems and data management processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis data modelling and data quality control techniques.
• Knowledge of data management tools or Master Data Management platforms
  Experienced work as Project coordinator, able to work w global cross function team
• Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken (Fluency in German is an added advantage.)
• Attention to Detail & Data Integrity
• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
• Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to present results clearly and compellingly
• Strong communication & presentation skill, Ability to clearly articulate data in presentations to stakeholder
• Technical & IT Support – Experience in handling IT-related inquiries, managing support tickets, and ensuring system functionality, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics and MDM systems
