Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain warehouse safety as the #1 priority and ensure compliance with MHE, SOP, 6S, and regulatory requirements.
- Operational Execution: Ensure daily warehouse activities meet targets for receiving, put-away, picking, kitting, staging, shipment, and material movement.
- Material Flow & TPT: Drive end-to-end material flow and improve turnaround time (TPT) from receiving to material-on-stage.
- KPI & Performance: Own warehouse KPIs including Material on Stage by 7AM, daily shipment/volume target, inventory accuracy, productivity, TPT, and service level.
- Capacity & Resource Planning: Plan manpower, shifts, overtime, equipment, storage capacity, and transportation according to business demand and ramp requirements.
- Inventory Management: Ensure inventory accuracy, cycle count discipline, reconciliation, and timely resolution of inventory discrepancies.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement, automation, layout optimization, and standard-work initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Planning, Buyer, Production, Quality, Logistics, Customs, and Suppliers to ensure predictable material flow and execution.
- Escalation & Problem Solving: Quickly identify operational risks, establish containment, drive root-cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Leadership & Accountability: Set clear expectations for area owners and supervisors, review daily performance, and drive accountability for results.
- Drive projects related to warehouse improvement, expansion , capacity improvement , automation and material flow improvement projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant warehouse/logistics experience, preferably in a manufacturing or high-volume environment.
- Experience in warehouse management systems and ERP systems such as WMS / D365 is an advantage.
- Good understanding of inventory management, material flow, warehouse KPI, and lean/continuous improvement.
- Experience in manpower and capacity planning.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
