Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

•    Manage, sustain and improve all logistics relevant processes from supplier, inbound , warehouse
and through outbound until end customer and work with Order Processing team on shipment related matters to ensure meet customer requirements 
•    Key contact person for all logistics issues between Suppliers, VAT MY and VAT CH.
•    Key contact for 4PL activities
•    Providing accurate routing information to ensure delivery times and locations are coordinated
•    Source and obtain quotation from forwarder or transporter and work on cost comparisons for local transportation 
•    Co-ordinate and ensure the movements of goods done according to the schedule
•    Plan, manage and coordinate daily logistics activities comprising of transaction documentations, custom clearance, Certificate of Origin and transportation / shipping arrangements to meet company’s objective
•    To work with / liaise closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of shipments & achievement of company goals.
•    Liaise with forwarder to make sure the custom form must be provided for all the shipments follow Custom and LMW regulations. 
•    Prepare and submit monthly and yearly report to Custom timely.  
•    Responsible for all custom matter (import/export/sub cont/ external treatment/services /spare parts). Lisencing & renew.
•    Develop and deliver Continuous Improvement Plans for future state maps.
•    Prepare & apply Cost Analysis with MITI
•    Apply COO from MITI to customer & submit in time manner
•    Performing shipment based on customer Portal
•    Any other duties as assign by superior  

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree holders in logistics with related experience or equivalent.
  • Working experience 3~ 5 years in Logistic /shipping  Knowledge on global logistic & custom regulations
  • Strong oral & written communications skills
  • Result and customer orientated team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and assertiveness
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge on CA/COO application via MITI portal
  • Knowledge on LMW status capabilities & task
  • Able to work as a team & work during odd hours / day

 

Special Skills (such as special certifications)
•    Strong interpersonal skill or working knowledge of ERP system (PSS /Dynamic/Excel/Power point)
•    Flexible and strong working team mindset
•    AEO / SmartGPB / LMW value added activities knowledge
