1. Roles, Responsibilities, and Job Expectations

General Responsibility:

The PMO Analyst is reporting to Head of PMO and responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting on project data and performance metrics. This role supports portfolio management, strategic and prioritization decisions with data-driven insights, and enhances and maintains project and portfolio dashboards and reporting tools. The PMO Analyst also analyses and assists in resource allocation and capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities:

· Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and report on project data and performance metrics. Assist in strategic and prioritization decisions with data-driven insights.

· Performance Monitoring: Identify trends and insights from project data and monitor project health and KPIs.

· Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve data collection and reporting processes including technology adoption, digital transformation, streamline process, system, tools and method to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

· Stakeholders Engagement: Work with cross-functional teams and departments, provide regular and specific analysis and reports needed. Collaborate with project managers and to ensure accurate and timely data collection.

3. Required Competencies and Skills

· Education: Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics or equivalent

· Experience: 2+ years in any relevant field

· Technical Knowledge: Data analytics, data visualization, problem-solving, Power BI or equivalent

· Project Management: Able to lead and manage small to medium project size with cross functional team

· Leadership: High confidence and able lead group of people. Able to communicate clearly to all level of stakeholders.

4. Preferred Qualifications

· Hands on with Microsoft Dynamic D365 (ERP system)

· Experience in R&D or Engineering environments / organization

· Experience in managing project data or work in Project Management Office

· Professional Certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma)
