The Supply Chain Planner Internship role plays a pivotal role in assisting PLSCM team on end to end supply chain management, from order management, build plan management, supplier delivery, goods receiving, shipment arrangement etc, together with other stakeholders from crossed department.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities :

• Review and release Purchase Order or Manufacturing Order per request or triggering from MRP (Microsoft D365) under guidance of existing Buyer/Planner. 
• Plans, schedules and monitor all materials to ensure fulfilment of production build (including follow up Receiving, METI inspection until Stock In. 
• Chasing recovery date with Internal/external Supplier for those Past Due Purchase Order and Production Order (MO) and update latest delivery date in system (D365).
• Follow up delivery date confirmation for those Un-Confirmed Purchase Orders that already released to supplier then update the delivery date in system (D365).
• Helping to resolve incoming Problem Lot and invoicing/payment issue.
• Working with existing buyer and SDQ and help to follow up and arrangement for NCO materials or RTV to Suppliers.
• Manage sales orders and commit to customer, shipment arrangement, supply chain reporting etc. 
• Any other duties as assigned by superior / management

Minimum Qualification :

• Undergraduate that undergoing Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain and/or Business Management or admin. 

• Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to present results clearly and compellingly.

• Strong communication skill & cross function collaboration, ability to communicate with cross-functional team and management level.

• Self-motivator who works effectively in team or independent work environments 

• Results and customer orientated team player

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

• Capable to work independently without much supervision
